Job Title: Senior Jira Business Analyst
Location: SFO, NYC, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago (Hybrid onsite 2 - 3 days a week)
Duration: 14 Months
- This role will work with stakeholder, understand their requirement, document. work with JIRA admin and developer and role it out.
- BSA experience in JIRA, Salesforce platform or other similar which can be transferable.

Senior Jira Business Analyst
Summary:
6-10+ years Business Systems Analyst experience required.
4+ years Jira experience required.
Requirements:
Work with end users on translating business requirements into a Business Requirements Document (BRD).
Drive implementation timeline from business requirements definition, development and testing to deployment and support/maintenance.
Balance multiple projects and prioritize/re-prioritize based off of team capacity and manage scope changes.
Understand and have a strong grasp of the technical environment that supports the team.
Familiar with other ticketing and project management tools and able to do a gap analysis for migration to Jira.
Consult on Atlassian best practices on how tool can be configured for a process.
Help develop processes and standards in a collaborative way, then help socialize and govern/enforce.
Familiar with different project management methodologies. Scrum, waterfall, Kanban, etc.
Be the main point of contact for any given solution and keep projects on track.
Able to work with autonomy and minimal supervision.
Be a contributing member of a team and help drive organizational change to improve processes.
